They were very efficient (pun intended) in communicating when they would come and gave a courtesy call the day before. I also received and email with a photo and bio of the technicians qualifications.

Rich was a very nice guy, very knowledgeable, and did a very thorough and efficient job ! He explained what work needed to be done, and also what work had been done, and included tips on how to keep our oil furnace, running efficiently.
